ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS

To enroll at SISC, parents must provide the following documents:

  • Completed SISC Application Form (English and Khmer Forms)
  • An official copy of the birth certificate

(Please upload the file and show the original to the Admissions Advisor for verification)

  • For Cambodian nationality, a copy of a valid passport

(Please upload the file and show the original to the Admissions Advisor for verification)

  • For other nationality, a copy of the student and their parents' valid passports and Visa pages

(Please upload the file and show the original to the Admissions Advisor for verification)

  • A copy of the immunization vaccination report
  • A Covid-19 Vaccination Card/ report (If available)
  • A copy of school records/reports from the previous school (Required 1 – 3 years)
  • A Recommendation of Admissions Form (complete by the current school)
  • Letter of transfer if the student is studying/ studied Khmer national programme at the previous school and is admitted to SISC
  • The following photos:

- Student’s photo :

Size: 4×6 and 3×4 (Blue background) (5 pieces for each)

- Parents’ photo :

Size: 4×6 (Blue background) (2 pieces for each)

- Legal guardian’s photo :

Size: 4×6 (Blue background) (2 pieces for each)

  • NOTE: We may also request any additional documents we deem necessary to assess a student for entrance to SISC. Upon successful submission of the completed Application Form(s), we may use the provided contact information to communicate the next steps of the admissions process.
